Track Your Order

When your parcel leaves the warehouse we email tracking to the address used at checkout. Use that number on the carrier website to follow delivery.

If tracking has not updated for several business days, write to support@teravuq.com or telephone +1 (415) 555-0168 with your order number and we will send the latest status.
