When will my order be prepared?

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Timing can vary by item size, warehouse processing and destination.

Will tracking be provided?

Yes. Tracking details are sent by email to the address used at checkout when the order leaves the warehouse.

Can I change an order?

Contact support@teravuq.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible.

How do I choose the right outdoor piece?

Review the dimensions, materials and product photos on the listing, especially footprint and whether the piece is intended for a balcony, patio or covered porch. Write to us before ordering if you need help comparing options.
