Shipping

Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Delivery timing depends on the piece, carrier and destination. Larger outdoor furniture may ship in more than one carton.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Contact support before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Outdoor covers, custom-cut pieces and items showing weather use after delivery may not be eligible.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label and affected item. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
